Four islands, one wreck, no money. Every thing is worth something different to each island. Eight visitors, eight deals. You decide what you give and what you take.
About 5 minutes, or 2 in express. No score, no right answer.
A ship went down on the reef and its goods washed up on four islands, unevenly. Your island has a spring, little food and one person hurt. North Island has no spring. East Island has plenty of food and no tools. West Island has enough of everything, and bargains hard.
There is no money. Every thing has a value in days of survival, and that value is different on every island: a water filter is worth ten days to an island with no water and one day to an island with a spring. So every deal has a gain for you and a gain for them, and the share you take is a number, not an opinion.
Eight visitors come to your landing. For each deal there are four ways to go, from giving to taking. A statistical model reads how much you take, and how that changes when they are in need, when they have cheated you, and when you are the one in need. Before some deals it seals a guess about what you will do.
